Sumario:This paper highlights the problems in legal research, the scarcity of supporting research, dissemination, coupled with the lack of interest and motivation in students by generating new legal knowledge. The low level of teacher preparation in pedagogy and teaching methodologies produce in students a disenchantment research coupled with the lack of close linkage between student teacher. We note the reason for the need for new material in the curricula of graduate law and the obligation of the State to establish public policies that enable strategic education and give impetus to the development of scientific research. We proved the public school model by adopted Mexico, proposing changes to the university level and do a comparison with China in higher education.
