Pedagogical formation of teachers can give more flexibility to the organization of classes, materials and resources, and, thus, determining how students can acquire the knowledge of the competences of their Degree. Given this framework, this study focuses on four key objectives: understand the perceptions that online law degree teachers have regarding the importance of the pedagogical and didactic continued formation for the teaching performance; expose the technique "one minute paper" in a training session, facilitating strategies of use and implementation; facilitate formation relating to the Adobe Connect tool space where classes with students are held; and analyze the value of that technique as a tool for reflection and self-assessment student during online sessions. The results show that over 80% of the participating teachers in this study considered, on one side, that continuous pedagogical formation as a prerequisite for their performance in the classroom and, on the other side, that the "one minute paper" technique facilitates the evaluation and reflection on the content taught during the class session. |
