Sumario:In view of the criticism received from teachers from our university and graduates, and considering the difficulties existing upon entering the workplace and the lack of interest that students show on many occasions in the classroom, this paper is intended to establish the need of teacher training, both initially and on a continuous basis, in order to improve the quality of the learning/teaching process for future lawyers. The reason is that the role played by teachers is essential within the student learning process, highlighting the actual sense of the need of "teaching to learn". In this context, we believe that introducing different pedagogic training elements is extremely important in itself in order to modify traditional teaching methods and try to replace master classes with new and novel methods enabling students' motivation in the classroom and thus promote their learning with the firm belief that this should be achieved through a methodic implementation, not an improvised use of different techniques.
