Sumario:The work presented here reflects the need to respond to a legislative demand that requires gender training in higher education, and especially in the legal qualifications. However, despite being in a more conducive to having incorporated into the European Higher Education Area time, according to the Bologna Declaration, the truth is that this binding mandate remains to be adopted and implemented in the Spanish university system. This institutional neglect has serious consequences, especially in legal training, for those who must implement the policy reforms and regulatory developments of modern anti-discrimination law, lack the gender training for his approach. The specificity of this training requires a double strategy: The inclusion of a specific subject in Violence and Gender Equality (non-discrimination) in all grades transversely and also the inclusion of specific subjects in them. This course linked from Critical Theory of law which arises within the catchment area of the philosophy of law and interdisciplinary initiatives, such as that expose, could ensure and guarantee on the part of the university, an appropriate higher education in anti-discrimination law by expert teachers.
