Sumario: | Judicial ethics has gained relevance in the last years, raising the interest of doctrinarians, governments, the judicial branch itself and the public in general. In addition, this topic is usually approached in a piecemeal manner in connection to the different areas of judicial activities. The purpose of this work is to highlight the importance of the study of judicial ethics, making an inclusive approach to the topic, mainly based on normative ethics theories. |
