Sumario:This article aims to go over the actual framework of the legal interruption of pregnancy under the main international human rights commitments assumed by Argentina and, in this context, examine the current situation of the country in this matter. In particular, it will be emphasized the observations that our state has received from the international level because of the obstacles to access to this right nowadays, and mostly understand that its denial constitutes an act of violence against women, children and adolescents and a violation of human rights that involves the international responsibility of the State.
