Descripción
Sumario:This chapter describes the current situation of women teaching Law at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) Law School and concludes that, however important, the progress experienced by women legal academics from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) Law School has proved insufficient to bring about gender equality. This is not surprising as it mirrors the general tendency concerning women's participation in the public sphere where women have been let in large numbers, but have great difficulty attaining the higher post.
