| Sumario: | Human rights and Labor Law influence each other. This can be corroborated when we verify principles, rights and guarantees established in national constitutions and inferior rules as well as international and regional standards. The purpose of this article is to discuss the decalogue of human rights at work, aware of the incorporation together with specific labor rights, ?the inherent to the labor relationship?, of those human rights that are not strictly labor, but are inherent to the person as they are: privacy, image, freedom of expression, etc.; and that are impregnated and are contemporary to the employment relationship. Consequently, how should they be interpreted and considered by the legislator, administrative authorities, legal operators and magistrates? Is it necessary to readjust the decalogue of human rights at work? Is it necessary to regulate in the codes or labor laws? Should its adoption and its weighting in the field of labor relations be a jurisdictional task? These and many other questions are those that are discussed below |
