Sumario:This analysis has the aim of assessing the 1994 constitutional reform. To that end, after the problems of democratic transitions ?with focus on the one in the country? are explained in the introduction, the article?s plan is set forth. It begins with the dogmatic part and then continues with the organic one. The latter is examined by concentrating on three institutions considered to be fundamental: the legislative powers of the President, the Ministers? Chief of Cabinet and the modifications of the Judiciary Branch. Finally, a position is submitted regarding the reform of the fundamental Argentine law.
