| Sumario: | The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current labour and social security legislation in our country to support the need for the adoption of a "Labour and Social Security Code". For that purpose, our first measure consists in an analysis of what does codify mean, later moving forward with the developing of its necessity, opportunity and finally, its content. In addition, to found our substantiation we take account of our outdated legislation, the excess of the current one, and the contradictions faced at legislative, doctrinal and jurisprudential level. |
