Sumario:In the present work we will carry out a comparative study of an international standard (ILO Convention n° 156) and a rule of internal law (Labour Contract Law), based on a common theoretical variable (the right to care), in order to explore how these legal devices address the issue of family responsabilities and to determine the existence or absence of effective legal tools that allow workers to manage reconciliation arrangements between family and labour on an equal basis.
