| Sumario: | The incorporation into our country, with constitutional status, of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and, subsequently, the enactment of the Civil and Commercial Code have endowed our legal system with the figure of the support. Given this context, this paper aims to explore the possibility of implementing support systems for the exercise of legal capacity in an extrajudicial manner, without having to restrict it; that is to say, with no attachment to the processes of determination of the legal capacity, as a means to guarantee the full exercise of the rights of persons with disabilities. |
