| Sumario: | In this paper I intend to analyze briefly the transference of national ordinary justice to the orbit of the City of Buenos Aires. I will try to point out the historical and normative grounds, and the judicial decisions which in my opinion demonstrate that the transference should be done, having already passed more than two decades since the amendment of the National Constitution of 1994 and twenty years since the enactment of the Constitution of the City of Buenos Aires.
