Sumario:The following article intends to show briefly the initial advances obtained by the research project "About alternative ways of solving criminal conflicts. In regard to the new wording of Article 59 in the Criminal Code", within the framework of the Criminal Law Master Degree, in the Postgraduate Department and the Research Secretariat of the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires. Its purpose is to identify general rules applicable to the availability of criminal action in cases of conciliation, mediation or reparation, through a systematic analysis of the local, national and supreme applicable law, and the variety of jurisprudence that guides the way in which these came to life in our law, inspired by our constitutional practice.
