| Sumario: | In this article, we analyze the recently introduced "Repentance Law" (Law N° 27.304), introduced in our Penal Code in 2016. From a critical point of view, we study the failure of our Penal Code, which allows the suspects to ask for plea bargains. This reverses the presumption of innocence and utilizes preventive prison as a means to guarantee this law. This is very dangerous for our constitutional system. |
