| Sumario: | The 1994 constitutional reform incorporated into our legal system the minimum standards national laws and the complementary environmental protection provincial laws. The danger of transporting pathological wastes made it indispensable to take necessary measures in order to protect the environment and public health. Nevertheless, such transportation is not regulated by a minimum standard law, but by law 24.051, which was repealed by law 25.612 of Minimum Standards for the Integrated Management of Industrial Waste and Service Activity. |
