| Sumario: | A significant number of academics who have studied although superficially social protest, have employed a very narrow view of democracy and therefore they have repudiated the roadblocks. For its part, the theory of deliberative democracy has tested a defense of the roadblocks contemplating in them an exercise of free speech. Taking as an example a bill submitted to regulate social protest, I try to show the failure of the theory of deliberative democracy to protect the roadblocks. |
