Sumario:This work shows that in order to establish the money damages resulting\nfrom the death of a child, the expenditures that the parents will not incur in the benefit\nof the minor ?as a consequence of the latter?s death? must be deducted from the lostexpectation\ndamages related to future economic help.\nThere are two chapters and a conclusion.\nThe first chapter, which includes a brief historical review of the legal notion, explains\nthe topic in connection with the general theory of Law of Torts. Compensatio lucri cum\ndamno is defined, as well as all the notions included therein, by analyzing the general\naspects of the legal notion.The second chapter considers the specific case of damages in the event of loss of future\neconomic help from the dead child to the parents, as well as the expenditures that the\nparents will not need to incur in favor of the minor or unborn child. These notions are\nanalyzed, and the computable benefits and their requirements are determined.\nLastly, the thesis of the work is proved in the conclusion
