Sumario:In the theatrical field, the representation of gender discourse establish a double dimension: that refers to bodies in action (in relation to the social series) and on the other hand, one that defines the body as discursive materiality of gender and allows the symbolic transference of behaviors and social rules. Theatrical poetic models and determines the body materiality as social discourse limit on gender and its rules condition. In different moments of the Argentine Theatre history, this concept of body is used as a metaphor that means the opposite of the society and makes emerge the contradictions that come from.
