Sumario:In this article explore the way in which, within the framework of deconstruction drama, Alberto Ajaka's performise Cada una de las cosas igualeselaborates a new configuration of the actor-character relation. We will argue that this play shows, on the basis of the progressive loss of individuation and the deconstruction of the characters, the general state of alienation and reification of the contemporary subject. We shall conclude that Ajaka's play exposes not only the dissolution of the notion of character, but also the need to reconsider the possible resignification and opening to new meanings of the concept.
