Sumario:This paper attempts to describe the Literature and Expression Workshops led by the  Migrations outreach team (a team of the Community-Oriented Innovation and Development Center of the University of Buenos Aires, CIDAC-FFyL-UBA) since the beginning of 2018. Specifically, we relate this workshop with  former activities carried out by our group, explain how we built a link with the authorities of the Healthcare and Social Welfare Center 9 of the city of Buenos Aires, where the workshops were held, how we reached participants among the community, our first interactions, and the development of the workshops themselves. Moreover, we establish an interdisciplinary discussion, particularly focusing on Anthropology and Linguistics, about the cross-fertilizations between migrant subjects’ stories and experiences, and their uses of minoritized languages, such as Quechua. Furthermore, we deal with gender and immigrant representations, the authorized and non-authorized discourses, and the relation of minority languages therewith
