| Sumario: | This essay proposes a rereading of Land Planning as an activity of control and organization of human activities in space by the modern capitalist state. This new reading is made in the light of what has been called the Humanistic Geography that raises new questions about the relationship between the territories and their societies, which were not taken into account in the past by the planning activities of different countries. The objective of this essay is to generate a debate about the very meaning of Land Planning and its forms of application, confronting diverse and adverse epistemological positions. |
