Sumario:The spatial transformation problems that have emerged with globalization and the corresponding new regulatory forms are the focus of this article. These agents have developed corporate regulatory forms to solve in a faster and more accurate way such litigant conflicts, seeking to reinforce the capitalist cooperation.
