Sumario:The objective of this text is to reflect on the possibility of enriching the study of the Argentine labor movement, starting from the incorporation of diverse historical and sociological analyzes that focus some experiences of workers’ struggle throughout the world during part of the 20th century. The exercise of comparison is aimed at establishing the role played by the rank and files in the labor unrest and the explanations given in this regard.
