Sumario:Participatory art practices imply a kind of social behaviour. Considering it as an exchange can help us to think about which kind of behaviours we are building with the participants in the art-devices that we propose as artists. Reflecting on the question: “which game are we playing when we initiate a participatory art project?”, we turn to the Transactional Analysis Theory to find mechanics that, as behaviour patterns, tell us some things about what we look for in these projects, what we satisfy with them and how we do it.
