| Sumario: | In this paper we address the hybridization of stage body language and the word on the particular use of the stage directions that makes the play La crueldad de los animales, directed by Guillermo Cacace, dramatized by Juan Ignacio Fernandez. From a theoretical and methodological perspective that includes the theatrical semiotics and political philosophy, our aim is to account for the operation of the stage device. The hypothesis that guides this work is that the role of “performing stage directions” shows the very aporia of politics. |
