| Sumario: | The aim of this paper is to explain the connection and the difference between the rights of sovereignty and resistance in Fichte’s political philosophy. The paper begins with an investigation about the idea of sovereignty in the Grundlage des Naturrechts. After that, the right resistance is presented in the frame of Fichte’s theory of the social contract. Finally I discuss the interpretations of Ingeborg Maus and Jean-Christophe Merle about these topics. |
