This articles discusses these issues arising in a collective interview with two former political prisoners: one belonging to the working class, and the other to middle sectors. The expressions, imaginary, and the testimony structure are impacted by the conflict between both visions, and between them and the interviewer. The result is a wealth in contrasts and in methodological problems that are suggestive to the researcher of worker subjectivity.  La construcción de una fuente oral, y en este caso de una entrevista, choca contra distintos obstáculos que deben ser superados por entrevistador y entrevistado. Los contrastes de clase, las particularidades de género, los significados y significantes todos deben ser considerados y tamizados a través de la “cultura ordinaria” de la zona de dónde provienen los sujetos de la entrevista. Cultura y tradición marcan fuertemente clase y género en la entrevista. En este artículo se analizarán estos temas a partir de una entrevista con dos ex presas políticas oriundas de Río Cuarto (Argentina), una proveniente de una familia obrera y la otra de sectores medios. El léxico, el imaginario, la estructura del testimonio se ven fuertemente recorridos por el conflicto en la visión entre ambas, y entre ellas y el entrevistador, hombre y universitario.
