Sumario:Since its inception in universities play a central role in society, developing links, sometimes highly conflicting, with the powers with which they coexist. These relationships are characterized by the tension produced in the presence of conflicting interests. By the end of the thirteenth century is a university, intending to gain privileges, gain recognition, with strong desire to become another independent power, but also in need of economic resources and legal politic protection.
