From that doctrinal conception, the border regional economies such as the one of Chaco (with forestry and cotton plantations), are part of the state policies of concertation in defense of the forests, the workers and forestry business people. During the third Peronism (1973-1975) the objectives were more pragmatic, favoring subsidies and credits, as well as the creation of experimental institutes and stations, to reconstitute Argentina's timber wealth. That was another type of agreement. This historical research analyzes the legislative action (based on the Parliamentary Archive of the Congress of the Argentine Nation) as one of the specific instruments of the intersectoral political agreement, to interpret characteristics, continuities and changes in the forest Chaco during the management of the Peronist national governments. El Estado dirigista y planificador liderado desde 1946 por Juan Perón, basa su política económica en la redistribución del ingreso, la “justicia social, la independencia económica y la soberanía política”. Desde esa concepción doctrinaria, las economías regionales fronterizas, como el Chaco forestal y algodonero, forman parte de las políticas estatales de concertación en defensa de los bosques, los obrajeros y los empresarios forestales. Durante el tercer peronismo (1973-1975) los objetivos son más pragmáticos, privilegian subsidios y créditos, así como la creación de institutos y estaciones experimentales, para reconstituir la riqueza maderera argentina. Se trata de otro tipo de concertación.
