| Sumario: | The study of two lists of offenses filed by the pecheros mirobrigenses in 1419 and 1455 respectively, uses as erudite support of a reflection on modalities of political action in the Castilian area council in the late Middle Ages. Within a critical dialogue with recent contributions on the political cultures, is to review the incidence of key notions such as the "Common Good" and "service to the king and the city"; inscribing use by knights and commoners in the logic separated from construction of their positions socioestamentales. In this sense, the reasons for the dispute and the way claims are possible closer to a universe of practices that make sense from breeding strategies that support privileged and unprivileged. |
