The testimonies presented in these lawsuits show a recurrence in the arguments (time, use, reason and strength) that merit a technical analysis of these references. The aim of this paper is to analyze the references to fuerça e syn razón in the statements of witnesses as discursive juridical strategy for the acquisition of rights.
