| Sumario: | The article aims to illustrate the case of a “community company” based on the experiences of recovered companies (ER, according to initials in Spanish) in Argentina. It does so using a case study that was presented in a doctoral thesis that studied the social practices of these companies as a response to the financialization of the economy. The article analyzes the practices that were developed through the evolutionary stages of the recovery process and describes the characteristics of a community company and its labor organization, contrasting them with those of a classic company. With these objectives, the article proposes an ontological concept of the economy. |
