It take as reference The study in-depth of a investigated case from the perspective of institutional approaches as part of a research of more than ten years on the University, the case of the National University of Comahue.The university academic group that interests us is established in an organization-institution maintained and kept in supporting their task, in quality and quantity, over thirty years, despite having traveled conditions considered critical of internal and / or external order .The main objective of this article is to show some progress of the research project related to the characterization of university academic group and the ways that could solve critical situations broke into his story and focus, especially, in the conditions that may favor the continuity of the group. |
