| Sumario: | This work attempts to investigate the presence of values in the Extension Practices in Experiential Education (PEEE), of students of the Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition,of the Faculty of Biochemistry and Biological Sciences of the National University of the Litoral. Extension, integrated with research and teaching, contributes significantly to university quality. Being a university student involves more than studying; It implies feeling part of a cultural process, where values such as responsibility and solidarity are essential. 31 final reports from PEEE teaching teams were analyzed, from extension practices developed between 2015 and 2020. Present values such as solidarity, commitment and teamwork emerge from the analysis. However, absences were identified in dialogue, service and professionalism. Although the importance of community values is highlighted, it is suggested that specific aspects be strengthened for comprehensive training. These results provide a guide to improve extension practices, highlighting key areas to enrich student training. University extension, enriched with values, is presented as vital for the comprehensive training of future professionals in nutrition, supporting the idea that experiential education, complemented with values, is essential for a complete, ethical and socially committed preparation. |
