| Sumario: | The research compares two Clubs when men perform strip-tease to a female audience, focusing on gender images and performances. Analysing the boundaries organization among some elements of the erotic-emotional dimensions (emotions, feelings, desires, morality, transgression) in this field, certifies the sociopsychological origin of sexual excitement process and the construction of the erotic consumption pattern of the people entangled in the process. There are more differences than similarities among the performances. The argentinian show brings choreographies that stage affection and intimacy of couples listening to romantic songs, whereas in Brazil sexual jugglings moved by ‘pornofunk` style songs lead to sexual orgy, impersonality and promiscuity. Just alike, heteronormativity, hedonism, ludic feature and comicity. The male domination and the sexual roles hierarchy are preserved by the virility reinforcement and by the active male condition. |
