Sumario:The Spanish Archaeological Mission carries out a Research Project at the Herakleopolis Magna site from 1966 to 2023, being the first Spanish team to have worked in Egypt after the rescue mission conducted in Nubia during the 1970s. It has been excavated in several places of the site: the necropolises of the First and Third Intermediate Periods and the Temple of Heryshef. The discoveries have provided exceptional findings, which have allowed us to present unprecedented contributions to the history of Egypt. The main results are presented in this article.
