Sumario:Through a qualitative methodology focused on semistructured interviews, this essay aims to analyze the daily conflicts between old and new leaders in an urban redesigned space. The thesis is committed to observing their conflicts as stressful ways of building citizenship. Resistance practices against the attacks of the neoliberal city, expand the portfolio of formal rights, and contest the meaning of civic participation.
