| Sumario: | A reflection about the ethnological significance of the reciprocity principle is proposed through the consideration of one particular ethnographic case; the way the Pilagá aboriginals practice and conceive the exchange of goods. The starting point is an anthropological paradigm that, in accordance with the dialogicial conception of the invesdgative praxis, define its object in terms of the relationship between the other ethnics and us. This first level of cognitive distinction goes with a methodological orientation understood as an exercese of "reciprocity of perspectives". The second level develops itself circumscribing the investigation objet en terms of its tauthologic disposition, that is, the epistemological articulation of the empiric description and conceptual explanation of the reciprocity principle. In the third instance, through a dialictical interpretation of the explanation and comprehension, one tends to the apprehension of the deep semantic of the reciprocity hierarchy consigned ”between" them and us. |
