Sumario:This interview with artist and geographer Vicente Girardi Callafa is a reflective exercise to think with and through his works and images about the impetuous relationship between geography and art. According to our criteria, his works have the power to start from the different, the residual, the fragmented to assemble, creatively, new spaces and times. The collage technique, preferred by the artist, inspires us to think that in art there are many clues, possibilities and aptitudes to inspire and produce other academic thoughts. Vicente's works are powerful compositions that, from the ruins of the modern world, generate other temporo-spatial imaginations that we are interested in sharing here.
