Sumario:This article proposes to study the narrative representations and utopian projections that are inscribed in the novel Megafón, o la guerra (1970) by Leopoldo Marechal. The purpose is to analyze the strategies that contribute to sustaining the narrative discourse, in dialogue with different literary traditions, with the socio-historical horizon and with the writing of Marechal. In this way, it is hoped to recognize the ideological configuration of this novel from the dialectic of two variables: the metaliterary and the political. The study addresses, among other issues, the connection of Megafón, o la guerra with the draft of the fourth novel, El empresario del caos, the keys to Adán Buenosayres offered by the same author and the outlined utopian projections.
