We try to locate the development of these ceremonies as part of the struggle for territory spanning families, communities and organizations in the area and the political and social alliances that develop.We argue that, at present, prioritize the area of confrontation allows to watch that ritual and territory are articulated through the construction of social forces.We place special emphasis on demonstrating the validity and effectiveness of the ritual celebrations, pointing that this “instrumental” character doesn´t deny its constantly updated mythological and philosophical content. To do so, we analyze ritual organization and its senses, review the history of the Mapuche groups in Argentina and describe some ethnographic cases. We rely on fieldwork in the region since 2009. Indagamos en torno a la organización y el desarrollo de rituales mapuche en el noroeste de Chubut y sudoeste de Río Negro, situando el desarrollo de estas ceremonias en el marco de las luchas por el territorio que atraviesan las familias, las comunidades y las organizaciones de la zona, así como las alianzas políticas y sociales que elaboran. Sostenemos que, en la actualidad, jerarquizar analíticamente la esfera de las confrontaciones permite observar cómo el ritual y el territorio se articulan a través de la construcción de fuerzas sociales. Ponemos especial énfasis en demostrar la vigencia y eficacia de las celebraciones rituales, sin que este carácter “instrumental” niegue sus contenidos mitológicos y filosóficos en constante renovación. Para ello damos cuenta de su organización y sentidos, revisamos la historia de los grupos mapuche en Argentina y describimos y analizamos algunos casos etnográficos, basándonos en el trabajo de campo realizado en la región desde 2009. Indagamos sobre a organização e o desenvolvimento dos rituais mapuche no noroeste do Chubut e sudoeste do Rio Negro, Argentina. Tentamos localizar o desenvolvimento dessas cerimônias como parte da luta pelo território abrangendo famílias, comunidades e organizações na área e as alianças políticas e sociais que se desenvolvem.Argumentamos que, no momento, priorizar a área de confronto pode ver que o ritual e território são articuladas através da construção de forças sociais. Damos especial importância em demonstrar a validade e a eficácia das celebrações rituais, sem esse caráter “instrumental” nega seu conteúdo mitológica e filosófica constantemente atualizado. Para isso, nos descrita sua organização e os sentidos, nós revisamos a história dos grupos mapuche na Argentina e nos analisar alguns casos etnográfico.
