| Sumario: | A genre of short productivity in the argentine film industry was the semidocumentary made during the years of the first peronist government. In it, stories were told that extolled the actions of the police by appealing to true cases, filming in real locations and using voice over. In this article we propose to examine the ways in which this subgenre developed and to analyze the male character system, which can be divided into two groups: criminals and law enforcement officers. |
