Sumario:This work, is one of the products of a broad line of research that the authors have developed at an Autonomous University of Baja California, of constitutional law and administrative law, the objective of this part of the study, is to analyze the phases of the administrative procedure of execution in the recovery of tax claims in Mexico, its phases and scope with the intention of proposing guidelines and recommendations to its problems. The contributions of discussion and debate on the challenges and implications of this administrative procedure are presented. The aim is to provide foundations and guidelines for improving the administration of administrative justice.
