| Sumario: | In Argentina, the study of oral academic/scientific genres constitutes a quite unaddressed issuein linguistic research and, accordingly, in students’ education. In this work, we propose to describe −followingthe methodology for the analysis of textual architecturedeveloped by Bronckart (2004, 2013)− a corpus madeup of final oral exams and presentation scripts producedby first year students who attended the course ‘Practiceof oral and written communication’ in 2017 and 2018(Faculty of Humanities and Sciences of UniversidadNacional del Litoral). The analysis of the corpus revealsthat presentation script constitutes not only a pre-text,
which is a version or textual planning of an oral presentation, but also a text itself in the study activitywith a social-discursive plan and a value of its own.Its conceptualization as an internal regulation device(Schneuwly and Bain, 1998) in the metalinguisticactivity (Campos and Milian, 2000), oral in this case, supports the potential of being a teaching object withinthe didactics of «writing». |
