Sumario:Central American integration represents an opportunity for the harmonization of public procurement laws of each country in a single standard, typical of Community Law, in order to homogenize the contractual principles, organic structures, procedures, procedures and clauses of public contracts in favor of the conclusion of tenders and contracts of a regional nature, with the joint vision of building works, managing services and acquiring goods of common use, which can satisfy general interests in favor of the sustainable development of the Central American region.
