| Sumario: | This research seeks to delve from the perspective of municipal actors, about the implementation of the new Social Household Registry, as a mechanism for targeting beneficiaries, in the categories of user behavior and main system changes. Surveys were made to municipal teams from the Biobío and Ñuble regions, in addition to interviews with key actors. It is concluded that families continue to deliver distorted information to the system, and a higher incidence of heritage in the targeting criteria of the instrument, however, is positively valued by local actors. |
