Sumario:Disciplinary responsibility is one of the possible consequences of irregular work of lawyers and becomes effective when the proper practice is affected. Multiple regulation of professional conduct (Admitted Act, Code of Ethics of the Association, the Bar Code Mercosur and UIBA Code) causes uncertainties in the legal operators. Supranational rules are supplementary application, must be interpreted harmoniously and consistently by the Disciplinary Tribunal in each particular case and do not abrogate the local rules on the matter.
