El presente estudio tiene por objeto realizar un análisis de las principales reformas realizadas sobre el régimen jurídico de las costas en España. Tras una valoración de la reforma, se detallan, entre otras cuestiones, las novedades introducidas respecto a la extensión del dominio público marítimo-terrestre, las particularidades de algunos deslindes y las consecuencias que se vislumbran tras algunas decisiones del legislador de “devolver” al dominio privado parcelas que en su día fueron demanializadas.
