The analysis demonstrates that, to insert Jason in the love elegy genre, Ovid appeals to a network of references, both intertextual (rooted in the previous representations of the character and his behavior) and intratextual (through the enunciative perspectives of Hypsipyle and Medea, fictitious authors of the Heroides 6 and 12). En este trabajo analizamos los lexemas lentus, fallax y diferentes sintagmas que caracterizan a Jasón en las Heroidas de Ovidio, obra en la que se observan cuestionamientos a la fama del héroe y a su universo épico original de pertenencia. A partir de ese análisis procuramos demostrar que, para inscribir a Jasón en la elegía amorosa, Ovidio apela a un entramado de referencias intra e intertextuales articuladas no sólo con la representación previa del personaje y de su conducta en otras obras, sino también con las nuevas perspectivas enunciativas de Hipsípila y Medea, autoras ficticias de las Heroidas 6 y 12.
